Haiku Poem

A Haiku poem is a Japanese poem.  It doesn't have to make sense. Japanese people make haiku poems.  A haiku has to have 5 syllables in the first sentence and 7 syllables and the last sentence is 5 syllables.

 

Little Miss Silly

I liked Mrs and Mr writing because it was fun and I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed writing about Mrs Silly. I found the blog writing the hardest. Recording was fun and being able to hear my own voice was cool.

 

Free Choice Writing - Adventurous and Magical Time

We have been doing free choice writing and made our own pictures to go with our story. I really liked doing the writing, my story is adventurous and magical. It was fun doing the pictures to go with my work. 

Once upon a time I was in a magical land with dragons and unicorns and also mermaids.  The mermaids looked  beautiful. I wanted to be a mermaid once but also dragons are good to.Then I went off for my adventure. When I found a unicorn with wings her name was Diamond, she was beautiful. She was a pegasus. I  noticed she was amazing. She had a sore leg, I noticed because her foot was stuck in a rock. I helped her and then I got  a bandage, she felt all better. She flew off then I began to walk away. Then I saw a monkey, the monkey was funny. The monkey swung off then  I found a beautiful statue. I was about to take it when I accidently stepped on a trap, then a big boulder came. I tried to stop it but it was too hard, I  almost got smushed but I got out of the road. “Few,” I said.Then I ran away as quickly as I could. I found a temple  and I went inside it and I found a beautiful dragon statue. Then lava came and it went all over the place.   Then a Snake came and I almost got bit by it. I got out of the temple as quickly as I could. Then I ran off and I was lost. I Heard some music from the distance and I found some people. The people were very, very, nice.  They gave me some food because I was very, very, hungry.Then I found a dragon because I went for a little walk round the island. I screamed because I saw the dragon. The dragon was breathing fire. I killed the dragon and everybody cheered for me. I became the queen of the island.

All About Me

We all wrote about our self to write about who we are.  We did this to introduce who we are.

My name is Ava I like to play with other people and I like to write.  My favourite fruit is watermelon and I like to play in the fort.  I like to run fast and I like to read and sometimes  I'm like a cheetah. I have a trampoline at my house and I bounce on it and it's really fun. I have a cat at my house.  I love my family because they are the best.  My Favourite colour is pink. I like swimming because it so fun.  I like to play with Lego because it's so fun.  I am 7 years old. I like to play on the big playground   My best friends are Evie and Essie and Hayley and Maddie. I  Like school because it's so much funny and to learn.  I like to play on the computer.
